From February 8th to  March 10th we can see the stage adaptation of the famous novel of Herman Melville, Moby Dick, in the Teatro La Latina.
The work is directed by Andrés Lima and based on texts by Juan Cavestany. An innovative show where madness, revenge and tragedy are the protagonists.
José María Pou is impressive in the role of Captain Ahab. The number of crew members has been reduced to give greater force to the figure of Ahab and is formed by Jacob Torres and Oscar Kapoya.
There have been many adaptations of Moby Dick, but this version revolves around the figure of the solitary captain and his obsessive and self-destructive pursuit of the whale. They have been introduced sound effects and audiovisual and stage design resembling a whale that makes this show an immersive experience.

Can not miss it. See you on board the Pequod’s!
