This exhibition is organized by the Museum of art Reina Sofia, Spanish Cultural Action and the Cortes Generales and represents diversity, evolution, freedom and democracy of the forty years of the approval of the Spanish Constitution.

This plural exhibition, curated by João Fernandes, is made entirely with works of the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofia. Parts of 42 contemporary artists may be in the Congreso de los Diputados and in the Senado, an exhibition at two of the most representative places of the Spanish democracy.
In the Senado, we can see sculptures of Leiro or Elena Asins´s video in the Library. And works by Barceló, Soledad Sevilla, Eva Lootz…
In El Congreso, the parts are located in singular spaces like the Lobby of the Queen (Five seated figures of Juan Muñoz) or under the Hall of plenary, downstairs, as the sculpture by Cristina Iglesias, Badiola photographs or video of Itziar Ocariz. The only artist exhibiting two works is Juan Luis Moraza.
